Gutter Cleaning

We carry out general clearing, and if we spot something small while we're up there — a loose bracket, for example — we'll fix it as part of the job at no extra charge. Pre-existing structural damage isn't our responsibility, and we tell customers that upfront.

  • General gutter clearing
  • Small incidental fixes (like a loose bracket) done free of charge while we're up there
  • Pre-existing structural damage isn't covered — explained upfront

Cost: Typically from around £90.

Roof Cleaning

We remove moss and debris using a low-pressure setup, then treat the roof with a biocide treatment — this is part of our standard process, not an add-on. We then clear the gutters and clean the rest of the building.

  • Moss and debris removed with a low-pressure setup
  • Biocide treatment as standard — included, not an add-on
  • Gutters cleared as part of the job
  • The rest of the building cleaned too

Cost: No day-rate or starting figure — priced per job after inspection.

Add-ons: None — biocide treatment is included in the core service.
